3rd and 4th December 2022 Winter Yoga Retreat
These yoga retreats are held over a weekend and starts at 8:30am on Saturdays and finish at 5:00pm on Sundays
The content for each retreat is different depending upon the season.
During the retreat, you will be exposed to functional Hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga physical practices. You will also be guided through breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation and Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep).
The daily dynamics of these retreats will differ. Saturdays will be more dynamic in nature with active yoga, including Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Sundays will focus on a less active yoga practices, including Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
It is possible to attend only one day.
Janet will also give you the opportunity to form the content if you would like to focus on certain areas. This can include theoretical or practical sessions.
