Janet found yoga when trying to manage stress in her own life. It is through yoga that she discovered the tools to bring herself into balance.
She introduced a very popular weekly Stress Relief Class at The Yoga Studio and she brings that same formulae to her Stress Relief Day Retreat.
This retreat starts at 8:30am and finishes at 6:00pm. It includes both Functional Hatha and Yin Yoga physical practices, as well as meditation and breathing practices and finishes with an hour long Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep)
At the end of the day, you will be able to drift away feeling truly refreshed and rested.
Janet will also give you the opportunity to form the content if you would like to focus on certain areas. This can include theoretical or practical sessions.
